The Stewie Cruisers welcome vendors and non-profit organizations to our weekly Friday Night Cruise Ins and annual 4th of July Car Show (May - October).  Food/Beverage vendors are not permitted due to location of events.  Tables and/or tents are not provided.  Booth fees vary.  Contact Darrin Westphal @ 507-993-7772 or Kha Hollstein @ 507-319-4247 or email us:  stewiecruisers@gmail.com to schedule a night (or nights) to showcase your business or organization.

Vendors and non-profit organizations are also welcome at our Hot Wheels on Cold Nights monthly events (November - April); however, the type of business or organization taken into consideration prior to scheduling due to audience that attends and the location.  Food/beverage vendors are not permitted.  Tables are provided as part of the fee.  Fees vary.  Contact Darrin Westphal @ 507-993-7772 or Kha Hollstein @ 507-319-4247 or email us:  stewiecruisers@gmail.com to schedule a night (or nights) to showcase your business or organization.

The Friday Night Cruise Ins are held rain or shine.  Depending upon the weather, special events (including the annual 4th of July Car Show) have been reschedule; but the Cruise In itself will typically still take place.   Hot Wheels on Cold Nights are held indoors and would only be canceled and/or rescheduled due to severe weather.

We understand that weather can play a role in the number of people attending an event affecting a vendor's sales or non-profit's donations.  For this reason, we are more than happy to reschedule your designated night if you feel the weather will hinder your sales/donations.  However, you must contact Darrin Westphal @ 507-993-7771 or Kha Hollstein @ 507-319-4247 PRIOR to the start of the event to reschedule.  

No Call/No Show for any vendor or non-profit for any reason forfeits any fees paid.  Should any Stewie Cruiser event be canceled, we will announce it on our social media pages (FB and Instagram) and someone from our club will contact you to reschedule.
